Shipping Policy
  1. FREE SHIPPING for all orders above RM100 (West Malaysia Only)
  2. RM10 shipping fees for all order below RM100, RM15 for West Malaysia.
  3. We now ship to entire Malaysia.
  4. All Games Workshop items are not allowed to be shipped out of Malaysia. Our store can only checkout using Malaysia addresses.
  5. There may be 1 to 2 working day processing time for all orders.
  6. Delivery times may take up to 2 work days to arrive, please check if you order contain a pre-order or a back-order, those may take longer to arrive. Please see our Pre-Order/Back-Order policy. 
  7. If you shipment have a missing item, please get in touch with us within 7 working days after you receive the item else we won't be able to resolve the replacement.
  8. No split shipment within an ORDER, if you wish to ship item separately, please order them separately.
  9. If you order contain a NEW RELEASE item, please see our Pre-Order policy page.
  10. There would be a RM10 shipping fee for all replacement or you can make an order above RM100 and get FREE SHIPPING.
  11. Please make sure your shipping address on your account is correct as we are unable to change the shipping address once the shipment is out.
  12. We will using e-commerce DHL to ship all of our items. Please track your shipment HERE.
  13. We have store pickup option for all of our orders. Please note that once the order is fulfilled, you can collect your order from our store. This usually will take around 2-5 days to process.
